OR – inform us of a new group
Groups need to use the GROUP CHANGE form when a new GSR is elected or changes are made to the group’s structure, time, format, etc.
Groups should use the NEW GROUP form to let us know when a new group has been started.
Note: The information you provide will be kept under the strictest confidence and will only be viewed by the Records Officer and colleagues of The HMB District 8 of AA. We will send a response to the contact listed in your form.
Thank you for your help in keeping our records up to date. This helps District 8 keep an accurate and up to date meeting list and provides accurate information to the Area and General Service Office of AA allowing all of us to be of service to alcoholics in and out of the rooms of alcoholics anonymous

2. Save it with a new name, preferably something like “Your_Group_Name.pdf”
3. Fill out the form with as much information as possible.
